Yes, most vendors require proof of insurance.  We will fax the insurance to your vendor.​​
We are located in Fort Collins, CO.  We service all of Northern Colorado within 50 miles.  We can travel up to 75 miles from 80526 and would be happy to venture your way for a small $75 fee.
All packages are subject to sales tax.  Our small deposit makes reserving our photo booth a breeze.  If your not seeing what fits your budget, just ask.  We're here to help make your day AMAZING.

 CAN YOU SET UP OUTDOORS​​

Yes, however all outdoor setups require approval prior to booking and are not guaranteed.  Client must supply canopy with side walls and protective cover.  Outdoor setups will heavliy be determined by venue, location, weather and access to electrical and lighting.  Alternative plans will need to be in place for poor weather conditions should an outdoor setup be approved.   A flat surface with access to an electrical outlet is required.  All ourdoor set ups must be located under a tent.

The minimum space required for an event is 12 X 12 X 9.  We have (2) 6ft tables which are used for props and scrapbooks.  We also have (2) bar high round tables that can be  used.  

Photo booth set up takes 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending upon set-up chosen.  We do not set-up during an active event; Ceremony, Reception, or Party.  These practices are in place due to the larg amount of equipment that is brought in and out during set up as well as the amount of disctraction and noise it causes which can be very disrupting.  When an event starts before the desired photo booth start time, the client will be responsible for adding idle time to their rental package.
Photo booth hire is becoming a must have at any event .  Photo booths are great for enternaining guests and act as a party favor in one.  We bring the booth, you take home the memories!   Our booths are eligant, easy to use and fit upwards of 10-13 adults.  No matter what the  occasion, your event will be a hit.  Our Photo Booths are affordable, photos print instantly, prints are unlimited and all guests receive a photo for each photo session they are in.  ​​

Any package can be personalized to suit your needs and budget, so please let us know if there's anything you would like to add, change or remove.
