+Outdoor events are subject to a $500 outdoor service fee (cleaning, maintenance, sun & wind damage fee)
+Events with stairs that do not have an elevator or lift access will be subject to a $75 fee
+Events that start at 10pm or end after 10pm are subject to after hour rates and hotel accommodations. Rates are based on location, start and end time
+Free delivery up to 40 miles one way from 80550. Travel & Lodging fees apply for events outside of our travel zone. Travel fees are based on location, venue & mileage
