+Rentals are subject to 6.55% sales tax
+Outdoor events are subject to a $500 outdoor service fee (cleaning, maintenance, sun & wind damage fee)
+Events with stairs that do not have an elevator or lift access will be subject to a $75 fee
+Events that start at 10pm or end after 10pm are subject to after hour rates and hotel accommodations. Rates are based on location, start and end time
+Delivery included up to 40 miles one way from 80550. Travel & Lodging fees will apply for events outside of our included travel zone. Travel fees are based on location, venue & mileage
+TEXT & EMAIL FEATURE: Our text and email feature is included as a complimentary service that we do not charge for and we do not guarantee that once a text message has been sent that it will be received. Our phone lines are registered with the FCC, however, due to government regulations and cell phone provider restrictions, not all text messages sent will be received. Text messages that are not received may be due to but not limited to, wrong number provided, clients data plan and restrictions, provider restrictions, etc.

Hosting a large scale event with 400 or more attendees?

CaptureME Photo Booth is your professional go-to Photo Booth vendor and we cover Festivals, Fundraisers, Non-Profit, Corporate Events and more.

Events hosting 400 or more attendees are quoted accordingly by guest count, the number of booths required, activation type and staffing for the booths. Additional services include 4x6 prints, sharing station or a custom step and repeat backdrop and are quoted separately. We use processional grade photography equipment for all our setups and we'll add your company logo(s) and sponsorship to all photo templates free of charge. Photo Booths are the "ice-breakers" for any event and we know how to get your guests engaged. Add a special winner mode and the booth will randomly choose a winner as guests take their photos or take your event even further with custom surveys. All data will be compiled at the end of your event and provided to you.
