Most photo booth rentals include professional staffing, setup and teardown outside contracted service time, booth equipment, digital sharing, and post-event gallery access. Print-based experiences include on-site prints, and select experiences may include branded overlays, custom templates, microsite branding, AI-generated output, custom trading cards, keychains, or other service-specific features depending on the experience selected.

Yes. CaptureME Photo Booth is based in Windsor and provides photo booth rental throughout Northern Colorado, including Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Timnath, Berthoud, Johnstown, Estes Park, Boulder, Denver, and surrounding Front Range communities. Travel considerations may apply depending on venue location, access, timing, and event logistics.

Cancellation terms are outlined in the CaptureME service agreement and may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and the services reserved. Because event dates are held specifically for each client once booked, the non-refundable booking fee is not returned. Photo booth setups require a flat, level indoor space with access to standard power. A 12×12 ft area is recommended for setups with props so there is room for the booth, backdrop, lighting, prop table, and guest interaction. A 10×10 ft area may be sufficient for setups without props, depending on the selected experience. Outdoor placement is limited and must be reviewed in advance based on coverage, weather protection, surface, temperature, power access, and equipment safety.
