The Event Roamer is ideal for large weddings, corporate galas, conferences, outdoor events, and multi-room celebrations where guests are spread throughout the venue. It works exceptionally well as a complement to a stationary booth, covering the entire event rather than just the photo booth area.
Does the Event Roamer require a dedicated space or electrical setup?
No — the Event Roamer has no fixed footprint and requires no dedicated space or electrical outlet. Our attendant moves freely throughout your venue with a fully portable setup, making it one of the most flexible experiences we offer.
Can the Event Roamer be combined with another CaptureME experience?

Does the Event Roamer include digital sharing?
Yes — guests receive their photos via instant digital sharing through text or email. All images are compiled in a password-protected post-event gallery accessible for downloading and sharing after the event.
How far in advance should I book the Event Roamer?
We recommend booking as early as possible once your event date and venue are confirmed. Peak dates from May through October, holiday events, and large corporate events should be secured several months in advance. Reservations are confirmed with a signed agreement and non-refundable booking fee.
