Rental Disclosure
Event Policies & Booking Details
• Rates are subject to change until a signed agreement and booking fee are received.
• A 30% non-refundable booking fee and signed service agreement are required to secure your event date.
• Minimum 3-hour rental required Thursday–Sunday and for all weddings.
• Holiday and peak-date pricing may vary.
• Festivals and large-scale events (400+ guests) require a custom quote.
• Sales tax (6.55%) applies unless valid 501(c) documentation is provided.
Venue & Logistics
• Outdoor events may require an outdoor service fee and approved accommodations.
• Events with stairs and no elevator or lift access may be subject to additional handling fees.
• Events ending after 11:00 PM may require after-hours rates and hotel accommodations depending on location.
• Travel is included up to 40 miles one way from 80550. Travel beyond this range may incur mileage and lodging fees based on venue and distance.
