What to Expect on the Day (Operations & Timeline)
Our team arrives 60–120 minutes before your scheduled start time to complete setup discreetly and efficiently. Your rental includes an on-site professional attendant to help deliver a smooth guest experience during your contracted booth time.
Additional time is available at an hourly rate (price varies by experience) and is subject to availability.
Photo delivery options include on-site prints and instant digital delivery via text and email (venue Wi-Fi required, and delivery is not guaranteed). Select experiences also include an online post gallery hosted for 6 months.
Branding options are available, including branded overlays/templates and the ability to add logos or event branding, depending on the experience.

Let’s keep the setup smooth, here’s what to double check before you book.
Space Footprint
- For our Glam, Digital, and standard photo booth with prints, plan for a minimum 12×12 ft space with a 9 ft ceiling, or 16×12 ft with a 9 ft ceiling if props are included.
- For the Digital Photo Booth, plan for open space that allows groups to step in and rotate through comfortably.
- For the 360 Video Booth, plan for a minimum 12×12 ft space with a 9 ft ceiling, or 20×12 ft with a 9 ft ceiling if props are included.
Power & Surface
- Plan for one dedicated 3-prong (110V, 10-amp) outlet within 25 feet of the setup area.
- Placement must be indoors on a solid, level surface, and outdoor setups require advance approval and must meet strict requirements.
Indoor vs Outdoor
- Outdoor setups must be approved in advance and are not guaranteed. If approved, they require a professional 10′×20′ canopy with sidewalls, a flat, dry surface (not grass), and a backup indoor location, and rain is not permitted.
Accessibility & Logistics
- To keep setup smooth, ensure there is a clear path for equipment and a venue contact available if needed.

Group Size & Prints
- Group size depends on the booth experience and your layout, and we will help you choose the right option for your space and guest flow. Every guest can take unlimited photo sessions during your booked time, and each session includes prints so everyone in the photo walks away with a keepsake.
Photo Delivery & Rush Options
- You get on-site prints, instant digital sharing, and a private online gallery so your guests can relive the party after the last song. If you need files delivered faster, ask us about expedited delivery options when you book.
Privacy & Usage
- Your online gallery is private and password protected.
Cancellation, Booking Fee & Insurance
- A non-refundable booking fee secures your date, and full booking terms are in the contract. If your venue requires proof of insurance, let us know what they need and we will walk you through the next step.
