Photo Booth Rental for Birthday Parties in Northern Colorado

Let’s keep the setup smooth, here’s what to double check before you book.

Space Footprint

• For our Glam, Digital, and standard photo booth with prints, plan for a minimum 12×12 ft space with a 9 ft ceiling, or 16×12 ft with a 9 ft ceiling if props are included.
• For the Digital Photo Booth, plan for open space that allows groups to step in and rotate through comfortably.
• For the 360 Video Booth, plan for a minimum 12×12 ft space with a 9 ft ceiling, or 20×12 ft with a 9 ft ceiling if props are included.

Power & Surface

• Plan for one dedicated 3-prong (110V, 10-amp) outlet within 25 feet of the setup area.
• Placement must be indoors on a solid, level surface, and outdoor setups require advance approval and must meet strict requirements.

Indoor vs Outdoor

• Outdoor setups must be approved in advance and are not guaranteed. If approved, they require a professional 10′×20′ canopy with sidewalls, a flat, dry surface (not grass), and a backup indoor location, and rain is not permitted.

Accessibility & Logistics

• To keep setup smooth, ensure there is a clear path for equipment and a venue contact available if needed.
